We begin with a complimentary consultation to understand your goals, style, timeline, and budget. From there, we’ll review your lot and site plan—or, if you don’t yet have a lot, we’ll guide you in finding one that fits your vision.


Every great home starts with the right team behind it. Whether you already have an architect and designer or need trusted recommendations, we’ll help you assemble the right team.

Let’s align your vision with budget and buildability. We collaborate with the team while outlining your schedule, providing cost estimates and a preliminary budget, and clarifying how your home will interact with its lot. This stage also covers permitting and planning, ensuring everything is set before construction begins.

Our hands-on team manages every stage of the build with clear timelines and consistent communication. You’ll receive weekly project reports, monthly budget updates, and regular site walks. We document progress with photos and 3D scans, finalize plans and finishes, and keep you informed with personalized updates every step of the way.



As we approach move-in, we complete a final walkthrough with you, address the punch list, and deliver a picture-perfect home. You’ll receive a detailed warranty booklet, as-built plans —along with instruction on how everything in your home works.

Our relationship doesn’t end when you get the keys. We provide maintenance reminders, remain available for warranty needs or questions, and are just a call away if you ever decide to remodel, build again, or refer a friend.

Preparation  :  Initial Consultation and Vision Planning

During pre-construction, we focus on three main things: budget, schedule, and coordination. Our team will guide you through the design and build a budget for your plans. We find the best value solutions to fit your needs, achieving the desired results as we determine a price you're comfortable with. Schedules are created to outline the phasing needed to complete the project and when to expect key milestones. During this phase, we coordinate with the local municipality to get all permits needed and ensure compliance. Quality trade partners are selected, and meetings are held to begin coordinating project logistics.

Phase 1  :  Pre-Construction

Everyone's favorite part of a project is seeing their vision brought to life. During the construction process we manage trade partners, verify quality, and send weekly updates to the homeowner. Communication is critical to a custom build and our team excels at providing updates, answering questions, and giving walkthroughs. We have monthly meetings to review budgets and provide transparency of every invoice and expense on the project.

Phase 2  :  Build Process

We take a proactive role so that the house is ready when you move in with zero defects or call backs. We provide warranty management and support. If there are any additional questions or requests, our team is just a call away. This is a time to relax and enjoy your new home!
