Cole West North, LLC is offering a preferred lender incentive resulting in an initial interest rate as low as 3.99% in year ONE, also through a 2/1 temporary rate buy-down. This is based on a starting note rate of 3.99% (APR 6.779%) and a principal and interest payment of $1,966.45. Intercap Lending is contributing to the buy-down cost.
Example scenario: $420,000 purchase price, $412,392 loan amount with UFMIP, 3.5% down payment, 680 credit score, 30-year fixed FHA loan.
